Red imported fire ants emergency

Dear all,

     There are red imported fire ants show up in/outside of our campus. General affairs office put the white boards as mark of ants nests. Most of them are located near the wall or on the grassland. Some has shown near the intersection of Jieshou Rd. and Yuanqu 1^st Rd. (right hand side of front gait).

Please remind students don't go the white board places until the boards are cleared. Thank you~

感恩節慶典長桌借還方式及教室清潔整理

親愛的各位班級家長：

1. 長桌借用的張數、時間和方法：
    (1)設備組負責Gr. 1-4年段；衛生組負責Gr. 5-12年段。
    (2)Updating!!
         Gr. 5-12請統一在11/24(二)的1500-1520時間內。
        派兩位學生到多功能教室將長(短)桌搬到餐會教室裡暫放。
    (3)各班用完之後，請擦拭乾淨，摺疊好後放回多功能教室門前，感謝。
    (4)長桌經檢查之後，發現數量有限，因此分配下列各班張數：
　　Ｕｐｄａｔｉｎｇ！！！！
          二到五年級：　各年段使用兩張短桌。
          九到十二年級：各年段使用一張長桌。

2. 電梯開放使用時間：
　1000-1400我會請黃先生備推車和電梯卡，以供舊大樓這邊上下進出之方便。

3. 教室環境之維持：
　過夜的食物、用過的餐具長期留在班級教室裡，容易有蓄積臭味及豢養動物之問題。
　因此麻煩各位家長邀請孩子協助下面幾點事項：
    (1)紙製容器，包含紙碗、紙盤、紙杯等，請疊在一起，統一放在一個大垃圾袋裡綁起來。
    (2)塑膠杯可利用班上大垃圾桶，直接疊起來回收。
    (3)如果有訂購手搖杯，請確認杯底無食物(珍珠椰果等)，並撕開膠膜疊在一起。
    (4)食物、飲料掉落地面和桌椅面，請確實用清水擦拭過。

4. 資源回收室開放時間：
    11/25(三)當天回收所有品項，包含垃圾、廚餘、各種資源回收物。
    各年段請依照下列只是前來資源回收室。
    Gr. 1- 6：1240-1300。
    Gr.7-12：1500-1520。(讓孩子自己做)

The school lunch on Wednesday, March 19 has been cancelled.

Dear students and parents, 

The school lunch on the day of school anniversary, which is on Wednesday, March 19th, has been cancelled, due to the school anniversary events.  There will be flea market and charity fair from 9:00 to 13:00.  There will be many choices for lunch.  Therefore, we cancelled the school lunch for whole IBSH.  Please prepare some money to buy the food in the charity fair or flea market.  Hilife and the lunch corner (next to Hilife) will still be open then.

下週三為校慶，屆時會有校慶的園遊會及跳蚤市場，因此當天會有很多的食物在各個攤位中販售，為避免食材浪費，校慶(3月19日星期三)當日的團膳午餐取消一次，請您預先做準備，當日除了在園遊會中會有不同的食材販售之外，萊爾富及隔壁的小吃攤也會照常營業，也可以做為您午餐的選擇。
